I am linking up with Farley again!

I have three police officers and my god-brother playing Call of Duty. This is a nightly thing (Except they usually are at their own houses talking smack)

I am LOVING that I don’t go back to school until NEXT Monday!

I have been truly blessed this year, and I need to remind myself a bit more often.

I am desperately needing to exercise! I think I have gained 5 lbs this week!

And my one word, is patience. Who doesn’t need some of that!

I wanted to share with you my two ELA centers in my penguin unit. I have been laminating all day today. I shared this with my FB followers (if you don’t follow make sure to hit the button up top and follow!)

This center is finding the missing vowel. They draw a card, identify the picture and then have to write the missing vowel sound in the box on the response sheet

This center is you have three cards, One says -at, -am and -ap. The students have to look at the fish and put the word under the correct word family. Then they write them on the response sheet.

Can/Have/Are chart with penguins. There is also an interactive page as well.

I also have this cute Can/Have/Are chart with penguins. There is also an interactive page as well.

Love it! I knocked the price down to $5. It also has a sight word game and a Venn DIagram

Okay, Have you guys seen Differentiated Kindergarten? If not, stop right now and head her way (click the pic) she has this fabulous sight word program. Well I bought them, and they have made a HUGE improvement in my kiddos. But she makes these I Spy games, and I have been putting their sight word level on the back. So these kiddos are on the football level (the 3rd) so they know to find the game with the football on the back. So easy to manage. And these are also the charts I use to display their achievement.

Well I need to go to bed. Have a good year!!!

OH before I go, a couple of friends and myself have a new board on Pinterest. Go check it out!!

  3. I need the same thing as you, too! I've been thinking about exercising all break but it hasn't progressing beyond that yet. ;) I could also use loads of patience. That's a great goal to have. Happy New Year!
